You may download CensusTools spreadsheets three different ways. All 43 MS Excel spreadsheets may be downloaded separately or in collections, the collections making it easier to get many of the files at once. All 160 worksheets in all CensusTools spreadsheets are also available in PDF format for people without MS Excel. The PDF versions may be printed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader for use as high quality paper extraction sheets.

Each spreadsheet is downloaded as a self-extracting zip file. Simply download it and NOTE THE SAVE LOCATION SO YOU CAN EASILY FIND IT. Open the file in Windows Explorer and it will extract the spreadsheet or PDF files to whatever location you choose.

I offer all of my census spreadsheets free of charge. If you receive them from me directly, from a friend, or via this download page and find them useful tools, I ask that you consider making a small donation of $10 via check or online via my Amazon.com or Paypal using the address or icons on the right hand side of the page.

Virus notice. I maintain the very latest anti-virus software on my development computer and my files are scanned prior to upload to my web server. You can be assured that files you download from censustools.com are safe.
