If you read my November 2004 or February 2005 newsletter reviews of GenSmarts, you know I am a real fan of this amazing artificial intelligence research assistant. Well the really great is now even better! GenSmarts recently upgraded to version 1.0.8. Some of the newest features are listed below. The upgrade is available free to previous users. If you haven't tried GenSmarts then you are missing out on a tremendous resource. GenSmarts is available as a download or on CD. At $24.95 or $29.95 respectively, it has to be one of the best bargains around for genealogists. Recent improvements to the product include: 1) New IGNORE button to mark suggestions you don't care about2) Faster application of research results 3) Added a "hot key" to make it easy to flip back and forth with your record keeping software.
