Immigrant Ships Transcribers guild

The ISTG is a website dedicated to providing online ship's manifest transcriptions to researchers. It is a much broader index than the AFIHC database feaured last month, in that it doesn't focus on the Ellis Island point of entry.

The American Civil War Homepage is an exhaustive clearinghouse of Civil War related information. If you can't find what you are looking for here it may not exist.
