The company hit hard times, folded, was rescued by new owners and now the indespensible Genealogical Helper is back and as good as ever. The fate of Everton's massive genealogical holdings was in serious doubt, but it too was rescued and the 60,000+ collection of books, manuscripts, records, pedigree charts, newsletters, photographs and family histories is being readied for release online! Everton Library Online is a work in progress and plans are to release the collection incrementally beginning mid-year. For the yearly subscription price of $48 you will get a subscription to the Genealogical Helper and access to several databases already online.
